Perfumes inspired by Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast in the new collection by Mauro Lorenzi
Fragrances inspired by the natural beauties, perfumes and pleasures of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast: Sorrente Nostalgie is the new collection launched by Mauro Lorenzi. After the one dedicated to the seven hills of ancient Rome (Aventinus, Caelius, Capitolium, Esquilinus, Palatinus, Quirinalis and Viminalis), “Septimontium”, the 44-year-old designer, specialized in the production of perfumes of excellence, has directed his creative the Sorrento peninsula to make it “a tribute that comes from the bottom of the heart”. Mauro Lorenzi, in fact, has been affectionately linked to Sorrento for decades.
Two fragrances that make up the collection: Orange, a strong citrusy and full of energy, and La Mer, a fresh iodate in which you can feel the breath of the sea: the ideal cadeau for niche perfume enthusiasts, made of natural, hypoallergenic, unisex and persistent essences, but also for tourists wishing to preserve the olfactory memory of the place where they stayed.
Sorrente Nostalgie will be officially presented next 21 July, from 8.30 pm, in the evocative setting of the Grand Hotel Moon Valley of Seiano-Vico Equense, when those present can try the two fragrances that make up the collection.

A non-commercial perfume must express the personality of the wearer. I am enthusiastic and pleased to have turned a passion into a small business, creator and distributor of natural fragrances, very innovative and persistent, “said Lorenzi.
The brand “Mauro Lorenzi Profumi” was born, in 2017, after a year of research and analysis, from an ancient passion for the art of perfumery and niche perfumes, nourished since the early youth by Mauro Lorenzi (44 years old) ). The creator and creator of the brand, although professionally engaged, for about twenty years, in an international telecommunications company, has grown over time, its youth “infatuation” for perfumes of excellence, with trips abroad ( Grasse, Paris, London and Buenos Aires), with studies on the world of perfumery, including historical ones (in particular, on perfumes in the Greco-Roman world), and with incursions, from a passionate buyer, on all the novelties produced, which they arrived on the Italian and European market, French and English in particular, on the essences employed, as well as with analyzes, not amateurish, on the different compositions used, on the olfactory pyramids, on the fragrances and on the market of raw materials and their origins, naturalistic and geographical. He decided, therefore, helped by expert designers, to compose the brand logo, with his name and surname, “putting his face”, as proof of the seriousness of the initiative undertaken, of registration of the same, at the MISE (Ministry of Development Economic), creating an individual company for the creation, production and sale of niche perfumes. In the study, in the creation and production of the first collection of the brand, he availed himself of the consulting and organizational support of a prestigious “nose”, such as Luca Gritti of Bologna. The “Mauro Lorenzi Profumi” participated in the gala evening, “Charity Dinner for Africa”, organized by the “New Flower in Africa” Foundation, promoted by Riccardo and Giusi Braglia. The solidarity dinner, which was attended by 450 guests from the canton of Ticino and Lombardy, was held in the Salone dei Feste of the Campione d’Italia Casino, in Campione d’Italia, Saturday, December 2, 2017. The proceeds of the evening were entirely donated to primary school projects in Ethiopia, South Sudan, Congo and Ghana, as part of the “mission” of the foundation in Africa: promoting, encouraging and supporting basic education, reducing the rate of illiteracy and countering social injustice . It was also present with the “Septimontium” collection, also among the sponsors of the “Christmas Cenacle”, organized by the prestigious “Club Canova” in Rome for the exchange of Christmas greetings, in the spirit of the founding values of the club: the friendship and solidarity. The “charity dinner” was held in the beautiful and historic location of the Cardinal’s Gallery, at Palazzo Colonna, Thursday, December 14, 2017. After the opening of the store, in Rome, the “Mauro Lorenzi Profumi” has signed a two-year contract for the presence of its perfumes, starting from January 15, 2018, with exhibition totems, specially created, at the Show Room of the “it-Élite”, located in via della Spiga, 42.
